Glyn Hopkin, one of the South East’s largest dealer groups, has launched a new digital platform to enable full end-to-end ecommerce across its entire dealer network. Customers can now purchase and finance used cars from over 50 dealer sites representing 10 brands – all via one easy-to-use online sales channel.

Following significant investment in its digital retail operation, Glyn Hopkin is one of the first large dealer networks to offer a full ecommerce service. The dealer group adopted the new sales platform to meet growing customer demand for buying vehicles online, and processed its first fully-online order just 11 hours after launch.

The new website is underpinned by GForces’ market-leading NetDirector® Auto-e ecommerce platform. GForces also provided integration and system support, ensuring the ecommerce capability went live immediately after implementation. Glyn Hopkin customers can now find their preferred used car online, request a guaranteed part-exchange valuation, and then pay for their car or reserve with a deposit. Customers can also opt to have the car delivered to their driveway, wherever they are in the country.
