SALES ADMINISTRATOR​

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

About the Role

We are looking for an organised and detail driven Sales Administrator to join our team. Working closely with the Sales Department, you will play a key role in keeping the sales process running smoothly, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Managing and maintaining all sales administration procedures, ensuring correct documentation is completed within required timeframes
  • Supporting the Sales Department with efficient and proactive administrative back up
  • Operating the Dealer Swap system and, when required, carrying out vehicle inspections in line with company procedures
  • Maintaining accurate filing of all quality records and ensuring they are stored correctly and kept up to date
  • Supporting the implementation of the Company's Quality System and carrying out responsibilities as outlined in the relevant procedure manuals• Keeping the Sales Administration Office organised and presentable at all times

  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • A proactive team player who is happy to support colleagues across the business
  • Professional and presentable in appearance and approach
  • Flexible and willing to take on a variety of duties as the business requires
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential
