Call Centre Operative

​RESPONSIBLE TO: CALL CENTRE MANAGER

8-5, 8:30-5:30 & 9-6)The day-to-day role requires taking inbound telephone calls from customers who are looking to purchase a new vehicle, responding to any questions or queries, and directing customers through to the relevant department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Dealing with sales calls, taking customer details precisely.
  • Accurate data inputting of customer details.
  • Increase customer retention while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Initiating the solving of customers’ problems in a professional manner.
  • Adhering to brand standards.
  • Handling incoming calls, providing advice to customers and/or handling new and used car sales enquiries.
  • Making follow-up calls to customers after their enquiry.
  • To comply with individual responsibilities, in accordance with the role, for health and safety in the workplace.

  • Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a neat personal appearance in accordance with company policy.
  • Identifying customer needs
  • Following communication scripts
  • Attending training sessions to continuously improve knowledge and performance.
