On the day of your service, there will be no need to phone our service department to check the progress of your vehicle.
At the time of dropping off your vehicle the Service Advisor will agree a time for collection and we Pledge that your vehicle will be ready at the agreed time.
If for any reason there is a delay - We Will Contact You.
Provided you have not been advised of any delay and no contact has been attempted by you to check, if your vehicle is not ready at the previously agreed time
