In order to keep our staff and customers safe, we have amended some of our processes, please read the below before booking and bringing your vehicle to the dealership for service:
- No more than two people from the same household per vehicle booked will be permitted into the showroom / service area and will be asked to keep their distance (currently 2m apart) from other customers and staff in line with the latest government social distancing guidelines.
- Where necessary, we’ll limit the flow of people coming into our dealerships to make sure they don’t get too busy.
- In some dealerships, we’ll introduce directional floor markings and new signs to create a safe flow of movement around the store.
- New floor markings will help you to keep a safe distance from others while waiting to see someone or when needing to pay.
- Where possible, we’ll create separate entrances and exits to our dealerships, so that it’s easier to keep a safe distance from other customers.
- Courtesy Cars will be available on request and are subject to availability.All our vehicles will be sanitised before and after use, with special attention given to the vehicle’s keys, door handles (inside and out), steering wheel, gear lever, handbrake, seat adjustment and controls.
- Cashless Payments only. Customers will be required to pay any charges due by debit / credit card. Over the phone payment limits will still be applicable.
- During the service or repair our technicians will use seat covers, floor mats and wear gloves at all times. Before handing the vehicle back the keys, door handles (inside and out), steering wheel, gear lever, handbrake, seat adjustment and controls will be sanitised.
- Please be advised that no refreshments (hot or cold) will be available in the showroom to avoid cross contamination and so please bring a bottle of water with you for waiting appointments.
