Showrooms:
All social distancing measures and materials will be removed from our showrooms, and all seating and consultation areas will be returned to our ‘pre-Covid’ layout.
Dedicated Sales consultation desks will retain protective screens and are available for any colleagues/customers wishing to utilise this as well as protective screens remaining in our Service Departments.
Hand sanitiser stations will also remain in place for our customers and collegues and we would encourage everyone to still utilise these.
Buying Online:
We continue to assist our customers preferring to purchase online. We have our ‘Buy Online’ facilities that allow you to reserve vehicles from just £99, as well as being able to complete full vehicle transactions online. Since the first lockdown we saw thousands of our customers taking advantage of this and our ‘Click & Collect’ online service.
Online Sales Teams:
Our Online Sales teams and Contact Centre will be able to assist you with all aspects of purchasing a new, used, or commercial vehicle online, helping you each step of the way and will remain available to deal with all customer enquiries for all departments. This will include:
- Personalised videos on your chosen vehicle
- Online vehicle valuations for your part exchange
- Live Chat online available
- Reserve online for only £99
- Transact fully online including finance applications.
- Remote vehicle handovers (Pre-Collection)
- Vehicle collections available at all our Glyn Hopkin dealerships
