Following the latest UK Government announcement, we are delighted to announce we will be fully open from Monday 12th April. With this in mind, we still wish to operate as safely and efficiently as possible so you receive the very best experience whilst you’re with us, so please see our below guide with further details.

We recommend that you pre-book an appointment to ensure you have a dedicated member of the team at your disposal. We can accommodate socially distanced test drives and we have ensured your safety is our number one priority, so you can enjoy the showroom and driving experience once again (One customer per test drive).

For Aftersales, our Service, Parts and Repair facilities are also FULLY OPEN across our ENTIRE group on an appointment only basis, where social distancing measures, protective screens and cashless payments remain in force.

To further assist our customers preferring to purchase online, we have our ‘Buy Online’ facilities that allow you to reserve vehicles from just £99, as well as complete full vehicle transactions online. Since the first lockdown we saw thousands of our customers taking advantage of this and our ‘Click & Collect’ online service.

Our Online Sales teams and Contact Centre will be able to assist you with all aspects of purchasing a new, used or commercial vehicle online, helping you each step of the way and will remain available 7 days a week to deal with all customer enquiries for all departments. This will include:

  • Personalised videos on your chosen vehicle
  • Online vehicle valuations for your part exchange
  • Live Chat online available
  • Reserve online for only £99
  • Transact fully online including finance applications
  • Remote vehicle handovers (Pre-Collection)
  • Vehicle collections available at all of our Glyn Hopkin dealerships, Click & Collect still available with social distancing measures in place.

Keeping our Customers & Colleagues Safe

Now we are fully open, we want our customers to be comfortable and totally confident when visiting our Dealerships.
  • We will continue to offer you a warm welcome but are currently practising a non-handshake policy and following the recommendations for Social Distancing.
  • Please bring a suitable face mask, as these are compulsory throughout our dealerships.
  • No more than two people from the same household will be permitted into the showroom / service area. Children are exempt.
  • Where necessary, we will limit the flow of people coming into our dealerships to make sure there is ample showroom space so you can enjoy a pleasant and safe experience with us.
  • We have reconfigured showrooms and removed cars where applicable, providing even more space to help us follow Social Distancing recommendations.
  • Staff in dealerships are asked to avoid close contact.
  • Our staff wash and sanitise their hands thoroughly & frequently throughout the day.
  • Our staff are using sanitisers, steering wheel covers, gloves, seat covers, and other relevant products best suited to their role and work.
  • Our technicians wipe the interior tactile elements of customers’ cars before and after working on them.
  • We discourage employees from using other employees’ workspaces, tools and equipment.
  • If there are any sick employees, they are told to stay home and follow the Government Guidelines before returning to work.
  • Please be advised refreshments (hot or cold) will NOT be available in the showroom to avoid cross contamination.
  • Cashless Payments only. Customers will be required to pay any charges due by debit / credit card. Over the phone payment limits will still be applicable.
