DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To operate and maintain the required sales procedures as specified in the Quality Manual and relevant procedure manuals, ensuring that the correct documentation has been completed within the time span allocated.
To support and implement the Company’s Quality System and carry out the responsibilities documented in the relevant procedure manuals.
To ensure that any filing of quality records is kept up-to-date and stored in the relevant files and cabinets provided.
To operate the ‘Dealer Swap’ system and, when required, be involved in the inspection of vehicles, following the relevant procedures as defined by the Quality System.
To provide an efficient and helpful back-up to the Sales Department wherever possible.
To maintain a neat personal appearance.
To ensure that the Sales Administration Office is kept neat and tidy (wherever possible).
To be fully flexible so as to be able to cover a wide-ranging variety of duties which may be required of any employee of the Company at any time and in any area of the Company’s operation, as deemed necessary by the Managing Director, Finance Director or relevant Manager.
