Glyn Hopkin Chooses Winning Logo Design To Mark 25th Anniversary Milestone

2018 will commemorate 25 years since Glyn Hopkin Limited opened its first branch, Nissan Romford. Having opened its doors to the first customers in 1993, today Glyn Hopkin represents over 40 dealerships across London, Essex, Hertfordshire, Suffolk, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire. It represents over 10 exciting brands including Nissan, Fiat, Abarth Alfa Romeo, Jeep®, Honda, Mitsubishi, Renault, Dacia and Suzuki.

To help celebrate the landmark anniversary, Glyn Hopkin held a competition on social media throughout November, asking its followers to create a unique ‘Glyn Hopkin 25’ (or #GH25) logo with a prize of £250-worth of Amazon UK vouchers for the winner of the chosen design. Entrants were advised that the winning design would then be used on all communications, including our website and social media channels, and point-of-sale materials at our dealerships.

We were inundated with fantastic entries to the competition. One entry, however, stood out from the rest. The winning logo reflected the style of our Glyn Hopkin branding with a modern flair – which was just what we were looking for. The #GH25 logo winner, George Cochrane, is also a member of the #TwitterCarClub virtual community on the social media platform.
