Fiat introduce new Fullback pick-up truck

Fiat has revealed an all-new pick-up truck at the Dubai International Motor Show - named the Fullback! This all-new pick-up is Fiat’s first ever contender in the medium pick-up truck in Europe.

Powering the Fullback will be a 2.4-litre, aluminium, turbo-diesel engine with a power input of either 150hp or 180hp. Two transmissions will be available – a new six-speed manual gearbox or a five-speed automatic transmission with sports mode, and both will have full four-wheel drive.

Measurement-wise, the new Fiat Fullback will be up to 1,780mm in height, 1,815mm in width and 5,285m in length, with a wheelbase of 3,00mm. The pick-up truck is also expected to offer a competitive payload of 1,045kg.

The new pick-up will join the award-winning Fiat Professional range in autumn 2016 and will only be available with a practical double cab body style configuration in the UK, making it an ideal vehicle for any type of journey. The Fiat Fullback will be available in two trim levels in the UK with pricing and specifications to be announced closer to the vehicle’s launch in autumn 2016.
