Suzuki to display all-new Baleno at Geneva Motor Show ​

The full production version of the all-new Baleno will take centre stage for Suzuki at the Geneva Motor Show from 1^st March and is set to be launch in the UK in June of this year.

Since producing its first car back in 1955, the Suzulight, Suzuki has carefully engineered an array of compact cars that deliver value much greater than their sizes.Thanks to the brand’s compact car expertise the Baleno does not disappoint. Featuring an elegant and powerful design, a spacious cabin and luggage space as well as a host of new technologies the new Baleno has everything a driver could need.

Among the new technologies are a rigid, lightweight new generation platform, highly responsive 1.0-litre direct-injection turbo BOOSTERJET engine, and a 1.2-litre SHVS (Smart Hybrid Vehicle by Suzuki) powertrain which includes engine assist from an Integrated Starter Generator (ISG) connected to a Lithium ion Battery.

To meet the rigorous size and weight requirements specific to compact cars, Suzuki has made sure weight is kept to a minimum thanks to various technologies and an optimised layout.
