J.D. Power names Suzuki as the highest ranked volume brand for overall customer satisfaction in their 2019 customer service index

The J.D Power 100-Point Score is based on hundreds of thousands of independent and unbiased opinions of verified car owners regarding their vehicle’s quality, dependability, performance, depreciation and their experience at the dealership.

So, just who takes the crown for the highest ranked volume brand for 2019?Suzuki.

Overall customer satisfaction gave Suzuki a score of 813 points out of a possible 1,000 and is significantly above the volume brand-average of 786 and notably a mere two points behind the winner of the Premium Brands section of the trusted study.

Suzuki not only takes the crown, it wears it well with no sign of letting it slip any time soon.

The 2019 UK Customer Service Index Study is based on 6,759 respondents who purchased their new vehicle between November 2015 and January 2018.The study was fielded between November 2018 through to January of this year and finds again that satisfaction with dealer service continues to lead in customer loyalty and advocacy. Conclusive proof then, that there has never been a better time to get behind the wheel of a trusted Suzuki.
