INTRODUCING THE RENAULT SCENIC ELECTRIC: THE FAMILY CAR OF THE FUTURE

Introducing the 2024 Renault Scenic electric, a game-changer unveiled by Renault at the 2023 IAA Munich Motor Show. This revolutionary vehicle exemplifies Renault's dedication to innovation, expanding their impressive electric vehicle lineup, which includes the Megane E-Tech and the upcoming Renault 5 and Renault 4 in 2025.

Inspired by the futuristic design of the 2022 Scenic Vision concept car, the Renault Scenic E-Tech seamlessly combines SUV elements with the iconic monobox style reminiscent of the Espace and original Megane Scenic from the late 1990s. With its spacious interior, sustainability focus, and aerodynamic build, the Scenic E-Tech stands out among competitors like the VW ID.4.

The Renault Scenic electric E-Tech, designed by Chief Designer Gilles Vidal, boasts an impressive exterior with an extended wheelbase, optimising interior space. Sustainability is at the forefront of its design, with 24 percent of materials sourced from recycling streams. Agneta Dehlgren, Design Projects Director, remarked, "The new Scenic is tailored to meet the needs of families for responsible and safe travel. By eliminating the use of leather, Renault aims to reduce its environmental impact and pave the way for sustainable mobility."

Aerodynamic performance is a top priority in the design of the Renault Scenic E-Tech, aiming to enhance efficiency. Notable features include air curtains beneath the daytime running lights to improve airflow, a sculpted rear spoiler, flush door handles, specially designed door mirrors, and lightweight, aluminium forged wheels available in 19- or 20-inch sizes.

The cabin of the Renault Scenic E-Tech offers luxurious comfort and is available in two trims: the Techno and the sporty Esprit Alpine. With a spacious rear cabin featuring clever storage solutions, every passenger enjoys optimal comfort. The OpenR digital cockpit includes a 12.3-inch driver's display and a 12-inch infotainment screen with wireless connectivity, supporting Apple CarPlay and Android Auto functionality, as well as over 50 apps such as Deezer, Spotify, Amazon Music, and Waze.

Renault's dedication to comfort is evident in the Solarbay panoramic glass roof, offering four settings: fully transparent, fully opaque, transparent at the front and opaque at the back, and vice versa.
