MG Motor UK has confirmed that the all-new MGS6 EV is now available to order. Powered by a 77kWh battery and offered with a choice of rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive, the MGS6 EV is a spacious, refined and generously equipped SUV positioned within the popular C-SUV segment. The model has already been awarded a five-star Euro NCAP safety rating, underlining MG’s continued focus on safety, technology and value.
Joining the recently launched MG IM6 SUV, the MGS6 EV expands MG’s electric line-up into new market segments while supporting the brand’s mission to make the latest electric vehicle technology accessible to more drivers. The MGS6 EV becomes the latest addition to MG’s award-winning EV range, building on the success of models such as the MG4 EV.
The MGS6 EV is available in three distinct variants, each designed with MG’s customer-first approach in mind. The SE Long Range features a single electric motor producing 180kW and delivers a WLTP combined driving range of up to 329 miles. The Trophy Long Range offers the same power output and range, paired with additional comfort and entertainment features.
At the top of the range sits the Trophy Dual Motor, which introduces all-wheel drive and an increased power output of 266kW. This performance-focused model accelerates from 0 to 62mph in just 5.1 seconds and offers a WLTP combined range of up to 301 miles.
All models support rapid charging from 10 to 80 per cent in just 38 minutes using public rapid chargers and feature five drive modes alongside five regenerative braking modes, including One-Pedal Driving.
The all-new MGS6 EV is built on MG’s highly regarded Modular Scalable Platform, first introduced with the MG4 EV. This advanced architecture delivers confident handling, a comfortable ride and excellent interior space.
Every model features a 10.25-inch high-definition driver display and a 12.8-inch infotainment touchscreen, while Trophy models also benefit from a Head-Up Display that presents key vehicle and safety information directly within the driver’s line of sight.
Trophy models elevate comfort and refinement with heated and ventilated front seats, a panoramic sunroof and an immersive 11-speaker audio system. Customers can choose from high-quality grey or beige leather-style upholstery with suede-effect inserts, creating a premium feel throughout the cabin.
MG Motor UK has confirmed on-the-road pricing for the new MGS6 EV. The SE Long Range is available from £37,995, the Trophy Long Range from £40,995 and the Trophy Dual Motor from £43,995.
