|"I just wanted to give you guys a feedback regarding
my recent appointment at the Watford branch. I had a meeting with the lovely
and helpful Alex Christoforou. This was my second visit to a car garage. I have
to say he was beyond helpful. I'm new to the Motability scheme. Alex answered
all of our questions including inquires regarding extra things for the car. He
was so helpful, Professional kind and welcoming. he explained everything so
clearly regarding the Motability scheme and the features which were included in
the car I picked. I also had a test drive and again showed me the features of
the car (i.e in real life) I seriously couldn't of had a better sales advisor.
I went to an Audi garage the day before and I felt uncomfortable and awkward.
So compared to that..I felt welcomed. Alex did an amazing job....all I got to
do now is wait for my confirmation. And wait for the car. Hopefully I get it on
the 1St of Sept. #pleasebequick. Kind regards."

|"This is feedback on good customer service from Amin
Darhour. I've been talking to Amin for a while and he advised me that he could
also look cars from other branches for me. He was searching for me almost daily
to get me specifically what I wanted. He then arranged with his manager to
drive the car I wanted to me in Notting Hill so that I didn't have to travel to
Watford. He also organised a part exchange for my old car and had the new car
dropped to me. He answered all of my numerous questions and gave me a very
clear cut demonstration of my new car so I knew which buttons did what. Someone
else at my bank also met Amin at your branch and had good words to say about
his customer service. I have spoken to other sales reps at the Watford branch
and in comparison - he goes over and above to help out customers and potential
|"Came into the Suzuki showroom as I have a Suzuki Swift SZL for a bit of help Sales Manager (Monire) who sold me the car came out and sorted it out for me. I just want to take the time to say thank you for your help and when my finance is up I know I will be coming back for my second car."|
