|"Dear Mr Fayenuwo..My brother and I would like to
express our grateful thanks for the courtesy and service we experienced from
two members of staff within your Department on Monday, 3rd October. We were
preparing to leave our hotel for our journey back to Somerset when we
discovered the sump guard on my brother's Peugeot had been damaged and had
dropped down on to the road. Not knowing where the local Peugeot dealer was, we
chose Renault in the hope you would be able to help us and that is just what
occurred! Your colleague, Sarah Fairwood, was extremely helpful and efficient,
as was the Service Engineer (I'm afraid we did not get his name) who, after
some small modification, was able to reattach the sump guard. Following which,
we were able to continue our journey to Somerset safely. The two members of
your staff who assisted us are a credit to your company"

|"My wife's birthday was only a few days away and I really
wanted to surprise her with a new car. I shopped around many places
looking at various cars, but the New Renault Clio Dynamique S Nav was
love at first sight. I was fairly certain my wife will love it too, but
that was not the only reason I kept coming back to Glyn Hopkin branch
at St Albans. Salesman Ross Lewis was the first person I met and his
calm, confident and welcoming approach meant a lot to me and the most
important part with Ross was that he knew his product and was not pushy.
He steered with my choices explaining clearly about the car and options
and quickly formulated a payment plan that suited me. He gave me a
brilliant deal, saving me several thousand pounds by the end.
The overall presentation of show rooms was excellent and everyone at Glyn Hopkin who I came to contact with was friendly and willing to help. Ross kept his promises and I have bought cars many times before but I can clearly without any doubt share that this was my best experience. The car was delivered on time personally by Ross and I can't explain how happy my wife was. She is still hasn't gotten over it. We took the car to Southend-on-Sea with music on and it was a beautiful ride. We were amazed how fuel efficient the Clio was and how many features it has. My wife and my daughter love the car. I know who I am buying my next car from. We are not letting anyone else touch our car when it comes to servicing and repairs
To me trusting relationship and excellent after service is more important than anything else and will keep you coming back and Glyn Hopkin at St Albans have definitely earned that.

|"Hello, I wanted to commend Oliver Kingsbury (of
Glyn Hopkin Renault Chelmsford) for the customer service I received in March
this year. He was professional yet down to earth and easy going. Talking to
Oliver about car details, finances, etc. felt simple and easy, and he answered
my questions thoroughly (which I had many, this being my first ever brand new
car). The easiness and relax but professional manner was very important to me.
I would like to point out I run my own business and talk to clients on daily
basis, however personally I still find talking face-to-face/over the phone
challenging and awkward, especially when I am the client/customer. Oliver was
great at that and made no remarks to my awkwardness, which means a lot to me.
To sum up, if it weren't for Oliver I would not have bought my fancy new
Renault Captur from Glyn Hopkin. Please give Oliver a pay rise or a bonus or a

|"Very pleased with the service and advice given by your advicer ( Immanuel Prodano ). Will be revisiting on
Sunday. On Sunday 28/02 l returned to
your Colchester branch along with my wife and daughter to have a look at a car
i was interested in. I asked for Immanuel ,who had already got the car ready
for a test drive, as he was brilliant on the Friday. Although we didn't
purchase the car we test drove , we did
buy a new Capture, after some great
advice from Immanuel. We as a family were all impressed with the great customer
