There was no high-pressure smarmy sales talk to push us into a purchase; he simply gave us all the time we needed to informatively answer all of our many questions. He also organised an impromptu test drive at our request, despite it being busy that day. "I just wanted to write to express my absolute and complete SATISFACTION at the service I recently received.

My car broke down and was towed in to you.

After examination, I was told by the Service Department that it needed a whole brand new Engine. At first, I was very shocked to hear that, but I was quickly re-assured with the news that my "Nissan Extended Warranty" would cover all the costs. I was told that the work would take a few weeks to complete, but they very kindly loaned me a 'courtesy car' while mine was being fixed.

When the car was ready, I simply walked into the Glyn Hopkin Service Dept. and collected my car.

With regard to the Nissan Extended warranty...there had been:--

NO letters ... NO E-mails ... NO phone calls ... NO forms to fill in ... NO questions asked whatsoever.

That has got to be the VERY BEST and easiest insurance claim that I have ever had to make in my whole life.

I have written to 'Nissan Extended Warranty' to thank them but I didnt want to pass by without saying a very big THANK YOU to your team for the excellent service you have provided me.

"May I say that I believed that I had bought a Nissan for all the right reasons, made in UK, jobs in Uk, support for British Olympic athletes etc. What I could never have known was how good the service provided by Mr. Matthew Hammond the service manager at Ipswich Nissan was going to be. What a great ambassador for Glyn Hopkin he is. This is not the 1st. Time that he has exceeded my expectations. This time he dealt with the relatively minor fault of clogged windscreen washer jets, which in reality is a major problem when they are needed to do their job. Mr Hammond got the car in despite a hectic schedule and the repair was completed within a couple of hours. Very impressed once again and of course relieved that the windscreen can be cleared. "I am a Motability customer. Recently I made 3 visits to Glynn Hopkin Nissan Ipswich. My first visit was to decide which model I'd be happy to drive and i was given as much help and advice as I asked for, and time wasn't an issue. The second visit included myself,a large labradoodle, a 94 year old dad ,plus his 4 wheel rollator and the folded up dimensions of his wheelchair and also his mobility scooter! As we all walked into the showroom there were a few little looks but seeing was believing and we were there to try out cars. Would we all fit in the car,would the car adapt to fit us? After spending time with a staff member assisting me to get the dog in a corner behind the folded up seat, the rollator placed horizontally in front of the folded seat, the space measured to see if the wheelchair would fit and still leave room for me, dad and some luggage.....well it really should have been a youtube moment. Especially as the dog tried all 3 boots..haha.Were staff phased? Not at all and if I'd wanted to I think I could have tried to fit them into any car in the showroom no problem. The third visit entailed me making a decision about whether I signed on the dotted line or actually decided to not bother and go somewhere else. But,why on earth would I do that when the courtesy , advice and sheer flexibility of folk working here are second to none.You cannot fault them and I wanted to take this opportunity to let head office of Glyn Hopkin know that. I know I probably don't generate commission for anyone but you wouldn't have guessed that. So,thankyou to the staff team there for making the whole process so enjoyable and easy. Thank you."

My son has had a Nissan for 3 years, and he persuaded me to test drive a Juke - I've always been attracted to the car since it was first launched - but as a lifetime owner of Ford vehicles, it was hard for him even to get me into the Juke. Having taken the decision to try it, I have absolutely no regrets. It is a fantastic, very well spec'd car - although at 80 years old, I'm struggling to get to grips with some of the technology, but given time I will conquer it. Ricky Adams, the Salesman dealt with me and my son in a very professional, friendly and enthusiastic manner throughout the initial and second test drive, patiently answering the never-ending questions that I posed.
