"Very impressed with the enthusiasm shown by your Abarth sales advisor, Duncan O'Hare. His love and appreciation of the brand (as highlighted by his scorpion tattoo) really comes across and as a consequence of that, my interest in purchasing has gone from a 20% possibility to a 90% probability. Just a shame I have to wait for a house sale to complete! At least it gives me time to see what the new spec 595's look like this summer!"

"Edgar contacted me at the beginning of the year and gave me some prices re new car. I informed that I wanted a 66 plate so asked him to contact me with some prices nearer the time which he did, which meant that I only did 2 visits to the show room 1 to buy car and 1 to pick up car. Edgar kept me updated re delivery as it was delay which he was very apologetic about. I had a good handover of my new car and Edgar even paired up my phone for me and went through everything thoroughly, cannot fault the service received."

This is the second time I have been delighted to deal with St. Albans Abarth and specifically Duncan. I live around 110 miles from St. Albans Abarth, however it is totally worth it, the service is second to none. His product knowledge and passion is exactly what I want from a sales executive. This is now the second car I have got from him in under a year! When I got wind of the new 595 Comp 180bhp I asked Duncan for info as soon as he knew and sure enough he delivered! When a car was available to drive he told me and I was straight up there to drive it. The deal he stacked with me was fantastic, and of course I went ahead.

Just like the last time, from the moment I enquired about this new Abarth Duncan took me as a serious customer (as I knew he would) but as a 21 year old buyer, very few dealers gave me any time at all when I was after the last one, and I bet it would have been the same this time too!.

I am an 11/10 satisfied customer and recommend Duncan and the team at every opportunity! Even though an Abarth dealer has opened across the road from my place of work, I can even see it from my desk in fact, I'll be going back to Duncan for anything Abarth without a second's thought!

So a massive thank you for looking after me so well again!

I will no doubt be back again to buy another in the future!"
