Kia has unveiled the all new EV2, its smallest and most accessible electric car to date. Compact on the outside but spacious where it matters, the EV2 brings the technology, quality and innovation Kia is known for into a package that suits everyday life.
Designed to Stand Out
The EV2 carries Kia's bold design language into the compact SUV segment. With its signature vertical daytime running lights, chunky proportions and distinctive Star Map lighting, it is instantly recognisable as part of the Kia EV family. Despite measuring just over four metres long, the EV2 has a confident, head turning presence on the road.
Built for Real Life
Inside, the EV2 punches well above its size. A spacious five seat cabin with a flat floor provides comfort for all passengers, while a 362 litre boot offers plenty of room for the weekly shop, school bags or weekend luggage. A 15 litre frunk adds extra storage under the bonnet for charging cables and essentials.
Range That Goes the Distance
Two battery options are available. A 42.2kWh Standard Range offering up to 197 miles, and a 61kWh Long Range delivering up to 278 miles on a single charge, making it one of the longest range compact electric SUVs in its class. Both support DC fast charging from 10 to 80% in around 30 minutes.
Packed With Technology
The EV2 features Kia's triple screen cockpit layout with a 12.3 inch driver display, 12.3 inch central touchscreen and a 5.3 inch climate control screen. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Vehicle to Load (V2L) and Vehicle to Grid (V2G) capability all come as part of the package, along with a comprehensive suite of driver assistance systems including adaptive cruise control, blind spot monitoring and Remote Smart Parking Assist.
