When it comes to making an impression, especially with the judges at Autocar, Kia takes the crown of ‘Best Manufacturer 2023’ in the Autocar Awards.
Kia ‘keeps it in the family’ with its ever-impressive line-up of models that has seen the brand really step into the limelight.
In recent years, Kia has set out to change perceptions by releasing more premium cars, such as its Sportage and Sorento models. In particular, the sheer confidence exuded by the design of the Niro and Sportage was what really impressed Autocar’s judges, making it obvious that there could be no better winner of the Best Manufacturer accolade.
As distinctive to drive as they are to look at, the Kia car marque has gone from strength to strength, accelerating through the years from ‘that funny brand from Korea’ to the now mainstream, hard to ignore choice when it comes to premium driving.
From the Soul EV, the Sorento Plug-In Hybrid or the soon to be released and eagerly awaited EV9, the Kia range certainly has an all-consuming choice of model for just about every conceivable taste.
