Vehicle Health Check


Renault cars and vans are designed to last, but that’s not to say they don’t deserve regular care and attention. In fact, regular maintenance is essential when it comes to getting the best out of your vehicle. To that end, we’re delighted to offer customer a free Vehicle Health Check, which consists of a comprehensive visual inspection that takes into account the overall condition of your Renault.

Our manufacturer-approved technicians know exactly what to look for and will soon have you fully updated on your vehicle’s status. As well as exterior features, including bodywork, tyres, exhaust and lights, our team will check your car’s brakes, steering, suspension and fluid levels.

As soon as the Vehicle Health Check is completed, one of our friendly advisors will talk through any issues that need addressing. And to make this process as easy to understand and jargon-free as possible, we use a ‘traffic light’ system. Each aspect of the vehicle is attributed a colour: green for all-clear, amber for work needed soon and red for immediate attention required due to safety risks.

We offer a FREE video Vehicle Health Check which is an excellent service to ensure you are given a thorough visual inspection with explanations of the overall condition of your vehicle.

The health check is performed by trained Renault technicians and includes:

  • Bodywork
  • Brakes
  • Tyres
  • Exhaust
  • Suspension
  • Lights
  • Steering
  • Fluid Levels

Once the health check is complete, a friendly service advisor will chat you through our traffic light system and will show you clearly where further action is required and if it's required immediately.

YOUR VEHICLE HEALTH CHECK RESULTS

Each item checked will be assessed on a traffic light system:

Green - Your vehicle is good to go, no need for further work.

Amber - Work will be required soon.

Red - Immediate attention required for your safety.

What happens if I have a Service Appointment booked?

Our remote team is working hard to reach all our customers with service appointments already booked. Currently, all bookings within the period of 25th March – 14th April have now been cancelled. We will be in contact with you once we reopen to rearrange your appointment.
