Whenever you visit a Renault service centre for maintenance or repair, our technicians will perform a complimentary Vehicle Health Check. This serves as your safety net against unexpected car troubles.

To help you understand your vehicle's condition, we provide an easy-to-read, color-coded report highlighting potential issues:


Red: Requires urgent attention for safety reasons, often involving legal implications.


Amber: Indicates upcoming maintenance needs. You can authorize the proposed work, benefiting from the use of genuine Renault parts while your vehicle is already under the care of our trained technicians.


Green: Shows your Renault is performing optimally with no immediate work needed.

This streamlined, comprehensive check offers you peace of mind with a well-maintained car and a clear plan to address any identified issues.

Checks include: brakes, tyres, exhaust, suspension, lights, steering, and fluid levels.

Our remote team is working hard to reach all our customers with service appointments already booked. Currently, all bookings within the period of 25th March – 14th April have now been cancelled.
