The new Geely EX2 is set to make all-electric driving more accessible, arriving in the UK with prices starting from just £20,990 on the road.
Compact on the outside yet impressively spacious inside, the Geely EX2 combines practical electric performance, intelligent technology and a generous level of standard equipment. It becomes Geely Auto UK's third model, joining the all-electric Geely EX5 and the Geely Starray EM-i plug-in hybrid, with first customer deliveries scheduled to begin from 25 August 2026.
The new arrival also comes with strong credentials. The model on which the Geely EX2 is based became China's best-selling car in 2025, and its UK version has been developed to offer the space, technology and value needed by today's electric-car customers.

The UK line-up is made up of three clearly defined trim levels, allowing drivers to choose between affordable urban mobility, additional range and a more premium specification:
The Geely EX2 Pro uses a 35.4kWh battery and a 60kW electric motor, delivering an official WLTP range of up to 156 miles. The Geely EX2 Max and Geely EX2 Ultra feature a larger 47.1kWh battery and more powerful 85kW motor, increasing the official WLTP range to as much as 214 miles.
Every version uses rear-wheel drive, helping to provide balanced and responsive handling. DC rapid charging is available at up to 60kW on the Geely EX2 Pro and up to 80kW on the larger-battery models, enabling a 30–80% charge in approximately 25 minutes under optimal conditions.
Despite its accessible starting price, the Geely EX2 Pro includes an impressive amount of technology as standard. Inside, drivers will find a 14.6-inch central touchscreen, an 8.8-inch digital instrument display, synthetic leather upholstery and electrically adjustable front seats.
Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are included across the range, alongside online navigation, keyless entry and start, and Vehicle-to-Load functionality. The latter allows compatible external electrical devices to draw power from the car's battery, adding another layer of everyday versatility.
The Geely EX2 Max combines this strong equipment level with the larger battery and extended range. At the top of the line-up, the Geely EX2 Ultra adds heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, wireless phone charging, ambient lighting, a power tailgate and an upgraded six-speaker audio system. It also features two-tone exterior styling and a 360-degree camera system with a transparent chassis view.
At just over 4.1 metres long, the Geely EX2 has been designed to remain easy to manoeuvre around town without sacrificing passenger or luggage space. Its five-seat cabin benefits from a completely flat rear floor, helping to create a more comfortable and practical environment for rear passengers.
The rear boot provides 375 litres of space with the seats in place and up to 1,320 litres when they are folded. A further 70-litre storage compartment beneath the bonnet provides a convenient place for charging cables and other everyday essentials.
There are practical storage solutions throughout the cabin too, including a 10-litre passenger-side drawer and the option of an additional 28-litre compartment beneath the rear seats.
Every Geely EX2 is fitted with seven airbags and a comprehensive selection of driver-assistance systems. These include Adaptive Cruise Control, Automatic Emergency Braking, Lane Keeping Assist, Blind Spot Detection, Rear Cross Traffic Alert and a Driver Monitoring System.
The Geely EX2 also uses a liquid-cooled battery system with CATL cells, multiple temperature sensors and a high-strength steel underbody shield to support battery protection.
For additional reassurance, the Geely EX2 is supported by an eight-year or 125,000-mile vehicle warranty and an eight-year or 125,000-mile high-voltage battery warranty, whichever comes first. Four years of roadside assistance is also included.
