OMODA SERVICE PLAN

The OMODA Service Plan gives customers a flexible and convenient way to manage the cost of servicing their vehicle, with interest-free monthly payments available to help spread the cost over time. By choosing a Service Plan, customers can fix the price of their scheduled servicing at today’s rates, helping to protect against potential future price increases while keeping their vehicle maintained to the highest OMODA standards.

All servicing is carried out by trained OMODA technicians using genuine OMODA | JAECOO parts, giving customers added confidence that their vehicle is being cared for correctly. A full OMODA | JAECOO service history can also help support the vehicle’s future resale value, making the Service Plan a smart choice for long-term ownership.

Customers can also benefit from added extras such as a complimentary vehicle wash and vacuum, software updates, a full vehicle health check, tea and coffee while they wait, and courtesy cars where available.

OMODA now offers a choice of 3-year, 5-year and 7-year Service Plans for eligible vehicles under 10 months old, as well as a 3-year Approved Service Plan for vehicles over 10 months old.

OMODA Terms & Conditions

OMODA 3-year, 5-year and 7-year Service Plans are available for eligible vehicles under 10 months old from the date of first registration.
Vehicles over 10 months old may be eligible for the 3-year Approved Service Plan, subject to vehicle age, mileage, condition and service history.
Service Plans cover scheduled servicing only, in line with OMODA manufacturer requirements. They do not include MOTs, tyres, brakes, batteries, wear and tear items, repairs, diagnostics, accident damage or any additional maintenance work.
All servicing must be carried out by an authorised OMODA retailer or approved repairer. Missed or late servicing may affect the validity of the plan and vehicle warranty.
Pricing, eligibility and included services may vary by vehicle model and plan duration. Full details should be confirmed with your OMODA retailer before purchase.
Service Plans are subject to availability and may be amended or withdrawn at any time. Full terms and conditions apply.

What happens if I have a Service Appointment booked?

Our remote team is working hard to reach all our customers with service appointments already booked. Currently, all bookings within the period of 25th March – 14th April have now been cancelled. We will be in contact with you once we reopen to rearrange your appointment.
