Last week at the International Motor Show in Frankfurt, Jeep showed off two exciting new Special Edition models for the Cherokee and the Renegade - the Night Eagle!
These exciting new additions to the range enhance the adventurous nature and bold design of these two models.
The new Night Eagle Special Edition Renegade is finished in a brand new matte paintwork called Volcano Sand, and is styled with satin-finished grey touches, such as the Jeep badging, roof bars and fog light frames. The interior is luxurious, with a leather steering wheel, exclusive fabric seats with electric lumbar adjustment for the driver, the UConnect infotainment system with five-inch screen, climate control, cruise control and rear parking sensors.
The model on show at Frankfurt is fitted with a 140HP 2.0-litre diesel engine, combined with a six-speed manual transmission and Active Drive 4x4 system. Plus, it sits on stylish 17-inch black alloy wheels.
The Cherokee Night Eagle Special Edition was shown in Billet Silver paint, complimented by a black interior and black glossy accents. The glossy black Jeep badge, grille, roof bars and 18-inch alloy wheels and the deep tint sunscreen glasses combined gave this model a unique, more aggressive look. Inside, standard equipment includes a UConnect system with 8.4-inch screen, satellite navigation, nine speakers with subwoofer, two-zone climate control, electric tailgate and parking sensors.
On release, drivers can choose from Black, White Billet Silver and Granite Crystal paintwork, and the new 2.2-litre MultiJet II turbo diesel engine, with Jeeps' Active Drive 4x4 system.
A limited number of both Special Editions will go on sale in the UK later this year.
