Honda has just revealed a new US Coupe version of their popular Honda Civic model.
The new two-door variant brings a slice of edginess and sportiness to the car with its aggressive, angular shape and bold grille. Creating a slightly futuristic look is the sloping roofline and distinctive rear lights.
Inside, the Honda Civic Coupe reflects the modern new design of the 2016 Civic Sedan. The dashboard has been refreshed with a clean instrument cluster and a more intuitive layout. The new Coupe will be packed with innovative features too including the 7-inch Android-based touchscreen system, auto lights, LED daytime running lights and climate control as standard.
Like the Sedan the new Coupe will also come with two powertrain options, including a first-ever turbo engine for the coupe. Lower trim levels will have a 2.0-litre engine with 158hp, while higher trim levels will be offered the new 1.5-litre 174hp turbo engine. Both automatic and 6-speed manual transmission options are available on the 2.0-litre engine but only automatic for the 1.5-litre.
The new Honda Civic Coupe is currently only expected to be sold in the US. For more information on our current Honda range click here. Alternatively, visit our dealerships in Chelmsford, Colchester and Romford or contact us using the buttons above.
