Exterior
Being 16kg lighter than previous models and with the torsional stiffness improved by 52%, allows this new model to be exceptionally more responsive and engaging. The new design is longer, wider and has a lower roofline; with intricately more room inside the vehicle as the wheelbase has been stretched by 30mm.
With its large air intakes and a narrow front grill, the Honda Civic evokes an aggressive disposition. Each line is designed to fit windingly along the sides of the car, over the roof and all the way back to the rear tailgate.
Interior
The Honda Civic interior includes digital dial illumination, alloy pedals and a leather steering wheel. It provides a prestigious environment with overwhelming comfort, plenty of legroom and quality soft touch materials.
You'll also be delighted with the new versatile 60:40 split folding rear seats. These new seats help to increase the carrying capacity of the Civic. Combined with a wide tailgate – the whole process of loading and unloading just became much easier.
Technology
Fully loaded, the new control centre has been upgraded with a TFT screen which you can customise to display whatever you want. You can connect your devices via Bluetooth or USB. Once you're connected you can make phone calls, send and receive messages and play music from your device. You can also indulge in the new navigation system integrated with the touch screen.
The new Honda SENSING technology is included with this model, ensuring your safety and providing systems including emergency breaking, adaptive cruise control and lane keep assist just to name a few.
Performance
The new model is available with two new refined petrol engines of your choice.
You can choose between the 129PS 1.0 litre three-cylinder engine or the more powerful 182PS 1.5 litre four-cylinder engine.
You also have the transmission choices of a six-speed manual or CVT automatic.
And now the line-up is completed by the introduction of our punchy, new 120PS 1.6 i-DTEC diesel.
Whichever one you choose, an exciting drive awaits.
