Due to our continued expansion and increased call volumes with all the brands we represent, we are recruiting Call Centre Quality Controller to be based at our head office in Romford.
Glyn Hopkin Contact Centre Operative: We are looking for full-time staff to work within our Contact Centre. The hours are 8.00am – 5.00pm or 9.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday, based on a shift pattern, and will involve overtime of a Saturday on a rota’d basis 08:30am-2:30pm.
You will be required to do Call Monitoring and input Data in spreadsheets.

Ideally you will have experience of working in a Contact Centre environment. However, this is not essential as full training will be provided.
