“ I called your Chelmsford Fiat dealership and spoke to Daniel James, the Sales manager. I explained that I wanted a Fiat 500 Lounge in a specific colour, as a surprise for my daughters birthday. From that moment on the whole experience was a pleasure and went like clockwork. Dan gave me a couple of ideas for how to give her the car, and we plumped for a stroll round the showroom where the car was sitting amongst other 500's. On cue, she made a beeline for the one we had ordered and asked if she could sit in. Dan said ok but please don't leave any fingerprints on it, as it's sold. As she sat behind the wheel he stepped forward, said Happy Birthday, Isobel and handed her the keys and a large bunch of flowers!! The squeals of delight were a joy to listen to, so a big thanks to Dan and his team for making the whole process perfect. ”

“ The representative (Ray) was very knowledgeable about the products on offer and explained fully and carefully all of the offers, services and multifunctions the cars had to offer (we were mainly looking at the Qashcai - sorry if that's spelt incorrectly!). Sadly, after the test drive we weren't terribly impressed with the car's performance and have decided to look elsewhere. We haven't written off buying the car entirely but for now feel we need to look at other options. Kind regards

“ I have been very pleased with the service at Nissan Bishop's Stortford, in particular from Rob Stead. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable about the car and the finance package. With my incredibly limited knowledge about cars, I was not particularly looking forward to choosing a new car, but Rob was fantastic because he gave me time to ask plenty of questions; very importantly to me, he wasn't at all pushy. I was given time to test drive the Pixo and Micra, and at no point felt I was being rushed to make a decision. When I had to alter the time to pick the car up at the last minute, he was still there to meet me. Overall, the service provided by Rob has been first class and so far I am very pleased with my new Pixo.
