Introducing the Nissan Juke-R 2.0

When the Nissan Juke-R was launched in 2011, the world's first Crossover supercar was born. It took the legendary engine from the Nissan GT-R and combined it with the award winning Nissan Juke to create the ultimate driving machine.

Now four years on, the Juke-R has been given an exciting range of upgrades – introducing the Nissan Juke-R 2.0!

The Juke-R 2.0 was revealed at the Goodwood Festival of Speed on Thursday 25 th June on the Nissan Stand before spending the rest of the week on display in the Supercar Paddock. The audience also had the chance to witness the Juke-R 2.0 take on Goodwood's famous Hillclimb circuit with Nissan GT Academy graduate and Le Mans 24 hour driver, Jann Mardenborough, behind the wheel.

With another injection of power from the GT-R NISMO engine, the Juke-R 2.0 now produces a menacing 600hp and is capable of reaching speeds of up to 150mph!

It's based on the updated Nissan Juke that was launched in 2014, with several significant changes to the design.

It still wears the iconic 'R' and painted in a matte black finish, the Juke-R 2.0 appears even more muscular, bolder and powerful than the previous version. The front bumper has been totally redesigned with larger cooling apertures. It's also made from 100% carbon fibre, like many other new details on the new Juke-R – like the rear bumper, rear winglets, side sills and front and rear fenders.

Gareth Dunsmore, Marketing Communications General Manager for Nissan Europe, said, “The Juke-R has become an iconic Crossover supercar and with the launch of the latest Juke model last year, it was the natural choice to upgrade the original Juke-R with added power and even bolder styling. The Juke-R 2.0 is a perfect 'crossover' of the best bits of Nissan – real innovation showcasing our Crossover prowess fused with the excitement of the GT-R supercar engine."

The Juke-R 2.0 will arrive in showrooms in time to celebrate the sixth anniversary of Europe's most loved compact crossover. With over 600,000 sales across Europe since it first launched in 2010, the Nissan Juke continues to confirm Nissan's position as Crossover leaders.
