A local South Woodford resident is among the first in the UK to take ownership of the ground-breaking new full-electric MG ZS EV. Anthony Fuschillo picked up the keys to his new zero-emission MG ZS EV from the recently-launched Glyn Hopkin MG dealership in East London. The handover signals the start of customer deliveries of what is being billed as ‘the first truly affordable, family-friendly electric car’.
Anthony’s car is a Pearl Black MG ZS EV in Exclusive trim, meaning he will have access to Apple CarPlay and Android Auto for seamless mobile phone integration, a DAB Radio, a rear parking camera, a panoramic sky roof and heated front seats.
Anthony Fuschillo commented: “Since I first saw the car I liked the look of it, and when I learnt about the new electric version and saw the offers available, I knew I had to place my order. I’m thrilled to be picking up my new MG ZS EV from Glyn Hopkin and I’d like to thank the dealership staff for all of their help. I’m looking forward to many years of emission-free motoring.”
The MG ZS EV is available at Glyn Hopkin from just £21,995 and includes a £3,000 MG contribution and a government-backed £3,500 plug-in car grant.
The all-electric SUV is powered by a 44.5kWh lithium-ion battery with a WLTP-certified combined range of 163 miles, and a rapid charging capability that allows drivers to replenish the car’s battery to 80% capacity in only 40 minutes. With a spacious and flexible interior with room for five and a full-sized boot, the ZS EV is a real-world electric car capable of fitting seamlessly into everyday family life.
