Due to our continued expansion and increased call volumes with all the brands we represent, we are recruiting Contact Centre Operatives to be based at our head office in Romford.
We are looking for full-time staff covering the hours of 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday, with Saturday and Sunday to be worked on a rota'd basis.
What we offer:
You will be required to answer queries about our services and products from potential and existing customers. You will also be required to make inbound and outbound telephone calls to our customers for service and MOT bookings from our vast existing customer database, adding all bookings and enquiries onto our group information systems.

You will have:
Ideally you will have experience of working in a Call Centre environment or handling high volumes of calls, or of working in a customer-facing environment. However this is not essential as full training and support will be given.
